Account privacy

TC Tweaks uses the information below to connect purchases, verify licenses, provide downloads, and operate support. This page describes the TC account and licensing service.

Sign-in and purchases

Google or Discord supplies an account identifier, verified email when available, and display name when you sign in. TC stores the identifier, display name, and a hashed email used to match your purchase. TC does not receive your Google or Discord password. Connected identities are linked only with your approval while signed in. TC checks Discord membership and entitlement roles, listens for joins and role changes, and updates No tweaks and User roles after verified access.

Shopify and SellAuth process checkout through their own payment providers. TC’s license service receives order information to verify paid purchases. Its purchase records retain order identifiers, license identifiers, and hashed customer emails. The TC website does not collect or store payment-card numbers.

Crypto checkout

NOWPayments creates payment addresses and verifies crypto payments. TC stores the invoice identifier, selected coin and network, amount, address, status, and a hashed purchase email. The email is used to connect paid access to your TC account. The payment provider receives the order amount and reference, but TC does not send your email to NOWPayments. Your browser temporarily stores the invoice access token and pending checkout details in session storage so interrupted requests can recover. Payment keys and tokens should not be shared.

Your loader and PC

The loader sends a hashed device identifier, license verification data, and a virtual-machine flag. These support one-PC licensing, signed downloads, access revocation, and support-approved HWID resets. The saved key is protected with Windows data protection on your PC.

Sessions and security

Website sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to 30 days. Sign-in verification cookies expire after 10 minutes. TC does not place sign-in tokens in browser local storage. Temporary loader connections expire after 10 minutes. Expired temporary records are cleared periodically.

Service providers and support

The account and license service runs on Cloudflare. Google, Discord, Shopify, SellAuth, and their payment providers handle their respective parts of the flow. TC retains license and order records to provide Lifetime access and prevent fraudulent reactivation; support tickets and security records remain available for support and investigation.

For account access, correction, deletion requests, or HWID help, contact TC support in the official Discord server. Deleting account information can affect access to a linked license.
